Commitments

Join the Conversation - How will you ensure that evangelicals are good news in your community? An Agenda for Change is about nothing less than the spiritual and social transformation of society. To see that bold vision become a reality will take two things: long-term thinking and commitment. It is like building a cathedral - it takes time and it grows one stone at a time.

Your commitments will be the bricks we need to build that cathedral. We want evangelicals across the country to ask what they can do to be good news in their communities. And we need to know that we are in this alltogether. So please share with us here the commitment you will make and be encouraged as you read the commitments of others as we build this Agenda for Change together.

By letting Jesus be Lord of my life and then 'walking the talk' - as He did in the gospels. (He welcomed children, women, the unpopular and the out-crowd; he walked, talked, lived, ate, gave of Himself, healed and befriended all of those people. He did not accept hypocracy, bigotry and injustice, but challenged them.) With His love, help and power (cos it's a big challenge!) my hope is that He will also use me to be His hands (social transformation?) and feet (spiritual transformation?)

From drug insanity to christianity , we need to invest in being the walking, talking, living, change in our person, and then it spreads in our families and then it spreads like wild fire out to our communities our cities and our world so that others can see the change and want some of what we have.If we want to see a change we need to be that change.
