Easter(LIVE) is the brain child of four dreamers Huw Tyler (Share Creative), Charis Gibson (Evangelical Alliance), Andrew Horton (Worldview Media) and Ali Johnson (Cliff College). At the heart of this project is a desire to see the amazing story of Jesus be connected with the world in a relevant and groundbreaking way. Simply we saw a disconnection between the usage of social networking sites (Facebook and Twitter) and the communication of the gospel.
People all over the globe are using social networking sites to connect with others and start revolutions - yet the greatest revolution of all time was lagging behind in its ability to connect the good news of Jesus with these exponentially expanding platforms. So Easter(LIVE) was born.
The power of the Easter story has transformed not only the lives of those who witnessed it two millennia ago, but also those of countless people since. During Lent Easter(LIVE) wanted to find out what Easter looks like to people in the 21st century. We asked the question: "What does Easter mean to you?" and here are some of the responses...
