Corporate Supporters Form

Welcome to the online application form for Corporate Supporters

Please ensure you have the following information to hand:

• Details of the business including:
• • name and contact details of the designated Evangelical Alliance correspondent.
  • business address
  • number of staff
  • the date the business was established
  • turnover of the business
  • Company registration number (if applicable)
• A short history of the business - this can either be attached to the online form or posted
• The contact details of three local evangelical churches, or organisations, willing to act as referees to this application (one of which must be a member of the Alliance)

All applicants must have been established for at least two years, be in good standing with local evangelicals and assent to the Alliance's  Basis of Faith.
