Rano is responsible for providing membership care to members of the Alliance through face to face interaction at events, over the phone and via written communications. She also presents the Alliance's work and vision and encourages and welcomes new members and supporters.
Rano studied Business Economics and International Banking & Finance at Durham University and worked in the Economics field. Having met Christ in 2003, she grew to realise that God, people, missions and music ministry were her real passions. Joining the Alliance in 2005 allowed her to pursue all of these.

Trudy Adjrah- Donor Relations Officer
Trudy's role within fundraising is to develop the way the Alliance communicates and relates with supporters.
Trudy spent 12 years as a pharmaceutical microbiologist before working within the charity sector. During this time she was involved in faith-based community enhancement initiatives and fundraising for charities as well as working for a HIV/AIDS charity in South Africa.

Kizzy Donaldson- Project Coordinator
Kizzy's role is to provide project and event management for the Membership and Fundraising Department. Her responsibilities include project leading the Alliance's presence at events like the Christian Resources Exhibition.
Kizzy previously worked for ACEA as the event co-ordinator for their 21st Anniversary Celebration before joining the Alliance in 2006.
"My role is a wonderful opportunity to promote Alliance by creating and utilising platforms that encourage the support of its work. It is my prayer that through projects and events we can inspire and motivate people to help us strengthen our voice and increase our influence in society"
Hollin Cross - Membership Team Administrator
Hollin is responsible for undertaking some of the administrative tasks in the Membership & Fundraising department. She processes new church applications and responds to members' queries.
Hollin studied at the University of Kent, Canterbury where she read History particularly focusing on the Medieval period. She became a Christian in 2001 at the age of 11 and has since gained a passion for evangelism and working with the 20-30's to ensure they gain steadfast relationships with God.
