Rano looks after Alliance's membership - churches, organisations and individuals. She is responsible for providing membership care and keeping you updated about the Alliance's work and vision in writing, over the phone and as part of the team at events. She also encourages churches and new members and supporters to join the Alliance.

Rano studied Business Economics and International Banking & Finance at Durham University and has previously worked in Economics & Finance. Having encountered Christ in 2003, she grew to realise that helping people, mission, administration and music and creative ministry were her real passions. Joining the Alliance staff team in 2005 allowed her to pursue all of these.

Trudy Adjrah - Donor Relations Officer

Trudy's role within fundraising is to develop the way the Alliance communicates and relates with supporters.

Trudy spent 12 years as a pharmaceutical microbiologist before working within the charity sector. During this time she was involved in faith-based community enhancement initiatives and fundraising for charities as well as working for a HIV/AIDS charity in South Africa.
