Friday Night Theology Friday Night Theology is the Evangelical Alliance regular email comment on a news event of the week.
Many of us spend our weekends talking about the events of the week with friends and family who aren't Christians. Friday Night Theology is a tool that you can use to enable Jesus to join in the conversation. Our underlying premise is that Jesus Christ is Lord of all, and so whatever has arisen during the week in the world of politics, media, sport or culture, Jesus has something to say. We also hope that FNT will prove to be a useful resource for preachers as they speak into their congregation’s lives each weekend.
We aim to provide these comments by 5pm each Friday.

Sorry, No Trick or Treat
A community campaign to protect the elderly and vulnerable, to protect unsupervised children, to reduce “trick or treat” vandalism.
Since 1994, this community campaign has attracted wide-ranging support from, amongst others, Staffordshire Police, local schools, the elderly, various support groups and the Christian Church. We hope that you will be inspired to begin a similar campaign in your neighbourhood.
