The Evangelical Alliance(NI) convenes the Churches Public Policy Network made up of individuals from across the denominations and faith-based organisations who are involved in public policy.

This body is designed to inform and educate members of the faith community on policy issues to enable more effective influence. The intention is that faith groups are both listened to and represented on policy issues. Members of the group are active in developing and implementing policy, collaborating on occasion in consultation responses. 

Sometimes the group meets to hear presentations from members on important issues, sharing expertise to save duplication. Sometimes the meeting is addressed by a guest speaker, such as the Social Development Minister Nelson McCausland or the Chief Executive of the Equality Commission NI Evelyn Collins.
