Light, Crispy & Spicy - Adding to your coaching toolkit.
Personnel & Human Resources conference
11th October 2016 at Evangelical Alliance
176 Copenhagen Street, London, N1 0ST.
Led by Nick Wright
A day conference exploring:
'Team coaching is the next big frontier for coaching.' (David Clutterbuck)
Is team coaching the same as coaching individuals, except in a group? What are the similarities and differences? This workshop will introduce you to a new team coaching model and approach. You will discover:
- How to create inspiring and effective team conversations.
- How to focus a team on context, purpose, content, methods and people.
- How to apply the model and approach to teams you work with.
'I can't coach because it takes too long. It's quicker to tell people what to do.'
What timeframe comes to mind when you picture a coaching conversation? An hour? An hour and a half? This workshop will introduce you to a fast and focused speed coaching approach. You will discover:
- How to ensure focus and boundaries in a coaching conversation.
- How to zoom in on key issues and outcomes.
- How to achieve great results in less than 15 minutes.
The day will be a mix of input, practice and opportunity to network with peers. Come ready to share your questions, ideas, experiences etc. Please also have a think about one or two real issues or situations that you would like to think through someone else in the group.
