Just Generation
Just Generation is a movement to see young Christians in Scotland come together to tackle injustice through biblical teaching, heart transformation and collaboration. Just Generation – of which Evangelical Alliance Scotland is a partner organisation – was started in 2008 and also aims to equip and resource young Christians passionate to see change in this area.
The conference aims to inspire, enthuse and motivate young adults to understand, act and articulate the biblical calling for justice. It tries to ground attendees in a strong, biblical understanding of God's heart and desire to see justice in Scotland. The long-term aim is to build relationships and communities of young adults passionate about tackling injustice who will share stories and resources with one another and develop local networks that have a long-lasting impact on their communities and neighbourhoods.
Conferences were held in 2009 and 2010, and in March 2012 a third conference was held in Edinburgh with Andy Freeman of 24-7 Prayer as the main speaker.
