NGL is an exciting initiative bringing together the Evangelical Alliance in Wales, Going Public, Ignite, Urban Saints, YWAM and a whole host of churches and individuals, to mentor and support the new generation of leaders in Wales.

NGL was launched in 2002 and is serving more than 140 emerging and existing leaders from across the nation - challenging, inspiring and equipping them to fulfil their call to extend the Kingdom of God.

NGL holds events for young leaders, helping them explore their calling as the new generation of leaders. It also networks existing leaders, offering training on how to plan and implement mentoring programmes.

Elfed Godding, the Evangelical Alliance's National Director for Wales, said: "We know at least 100 emerging leaders in our churches today, from all different backgrounds, who follow Jesus with a passion and long to see Wales once again transformed through the gospel.

"If you are part of that new generation of leaders, or are mentoring and discipling new leaders, NGL is here to support and encourage you."
