Do you love to write? Do you have an eye for a great story? Do you love to shape and tell compelling tales? Do you have a passion for uniting, inspiring and resourcing Christians to make Jesus known?

The Evangelical Alliance is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive and proactive, with exceptional writing skills who can lead the editorial team with inspiration and expertise. From either a journalistic or communications background, you will have a proven track record of producing high quality, excellent editorial content across different media platforms. Ideally you already possess a good understanding of the Christian church, in particular, the evangelical community and have a good level of theological and biblical literacy.

We're looking for someone who will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and who can manage their own time, working to deadlines, as well as managing a team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional writing skills and experience in producing editorial content
  • Team management experience and the ability to inspire others
  • Good understanding of digital and print communication channels and platforms
  • Relational skills and able to work effectively with a variety of people
