Elections are our chance to have a say in who gets to run the country, and offer our verdict on their policies. From local councillors for your town or area, to national assemblies and parliaments; from the House of Commons in Westminster to the European Parliament in Brussels, we get a chance to decide who represents us.

During significant election campaigns we highlight key news, information and resources. We also provide advice on holding hustings ahead of elections and briefings on what different parties are offering, as well as how Christians might respond to the key issues making the headlines.

General Election 2015

In the lead up to the general election we will be speaking into the current political context with articles, blogs, videos, interviews and more. We'll also provide resources including policy briefings and guides to voting and running hustings. Visit our dedicated election website.

We have produced a range of video resources, including the Biblically-based and beautifully animated Show Up video, designed for use at conferences and church gatherings, and a video of general director Steve Clifford speaking about why it's so important for Christians to engage in politics.

If you'd like to have someone speak at your church before the election please contact our public policy officer, Amelia Abplanalp.
