Deep Impact Booking Form

Deep Impact is the National Training conference for all those involved in Youthwork.

It is for those who are volunteers, or paid employees; for those working for local authorities, local churches and agencies; for those with heaps of experience or just starting out.

Deep Impact provides both practical and Biblical input from skilled youth practitioners and theologians; to equip you with the knowledge, tools, skills and connections, that will enable you to reach teenagers in Scotland with the love of Christ.

Terms & Conditions

Payment
Book your place by paying in full or paying a non-refundable deposit, with the balance being due by 6th January 2012. Bookings received after this date must be paid in full at the time of your booking. You will receive a balance reminder at the beginning of December. If you haven't paid your balance in full by 6th January 2012 we will assume you have cancelled your booking and your deposit will be non refundable.

Cancellations
You may cancel, in writing, up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be available after this date. The deposit fee will not be refunded.

Travel Problems
Deep Impact cannot be held liable for any travel problems you may have in getting to the venue. You will still be charged the full amount for the conference.

Name Changes
Please inform us in writing or by email if any member of your party changes. All A N Other names must be confirmed, in writing, by 18th December 2011.

Programme Changes
We reserve the right to amend programme details as printed in promotional materials, if required.
