The Commission received nearly 100 submissions of written evidence and then proceeded to obtain oral evidence through 3 sub-group plenaries: Theological on 26th September 2003; Socio-Political on 2nd December 2003 and Constitutional on 12th March 2004. Each session was recorded and transcribed.
