In all our planning for Kingdom Come we have been really focused on wanting to provide the best experience possible for all who attend. We trust that the facilities in Spires and the Europa Hotel will help create the kind of atmosphere we seek. We are also trying to put in place practical arrangements that will make life as easy as possible for delegates!
In response to feedback from the last event we have decided to offer guests the option of purchasing refreshments in advance rather than spending valuable break time in queues in local shops or hotels.
A voucher for tea/coffee and top quality buns can be prepaid for the five breaks - 3 mornings and 2 afternoons - at a cost of £10 per person. Packed lunches can also be pre-booked at a cost of £4 per day for Tuesday and Wednesday.
For evening meals we are negotiating special offers with local restaurants for Kingdom Come participants and vouchers will be given to delegates at the event. We are very much aware that some of the most important times at an event like this are the meal breaks, when we have the opportunity to discuss with colleagues what we have been hearing. It is our hope that in providing these options all of our guests will have their experience of Kingdom Come enhanced.
