Credit Action
Credit Action is the national money education charity. They work across society to provide advice, information, training and tools to help people manage their money better. Their passion is to help people stay in control, rather than let money control them and disrupt their lives through over indebtedness or poverty.
Online Moneymanuals
Credit Action produces a range of simple, easy-to-digest manuals to help people manage their money. We have a general 'Thinking About Money' guide, a 'Dealing with Debt' guide, a Single Parents Moneymanual, a Students Moneymanual and a Moneymanual for the Polish community. These are all readable online or available for download completely free of charge.
Debt Statistics
These are hugely popular and really useful for people looking to get an idea of the scale of the problem. These are very frequently used by churches in presentations, sermons, etc as a really useful one-stop-shop resource.
The Moneybasics Spendometer
A unique tool that allows people to make a budget, monitor their spending and get a handle on their debt, all on their mobile phone. Again, totally free.
General resources
A whole variety of things from calculators, games, challenges, materials for those with learning difficulties, etc, etc! Again we know that churches find these an easily accessible time saver in looking to raise awareness and provide an interesting way into the subject of debt.
