Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian UK Premiere

Liam Neeson, the voice of Aslan, signs autographsThere was such an amazing atmosphere of excitement as thousands gathered for the largest ever film premiere for a single audience in the UK.  Two members of Alliance staff were given exclusive access to the red carpet area and were able to bring back some exclusive photos and feedback on the film.

Outside the venue scores of fans waited in anticipation, hoping for a glimpse of their favourite cast members and array of celebrities as they arrived at the venue.

No expense was spared for this film premiere and audience were giving a real Narnia experience where there were role-playing horsemen and swordsmen reacting scenes from the film and even a mock stone carved archway leading up to the entrance of the O2 Arena. Once inside the view could only be described as breathtaking, as thousands took to their seats awaiting the start of yet another journey into Narnia. The arena was brimming with an audience eager to see the latest film adaptation of the book written by C S Lewis. Throughout the film there were sounds of rapturous cheers and applauds as the audience were drawn into the unfolding plot.

We see a darker Narnia in the Prince Caspian film. The characters have matured and the plot has taken on greater complexity.  Interwoven into the film are key Christian concepts, providing a sense of hope, peace and the ultimate triumph of good.
