Peter qualified as a lawyer and practiced as a barrister in Northern Ireland for five years before completing his Masters in Divinity at Regent College, Vancouver. He worked for a public policy think tank in Cambridge advising the government on family and social policy. He also led the faith@work initiative at Belfast bible College helping people work out their faith in the workplace.
He loves snowboarding, wakeboarding, the West Wing and Portstewart Strand (as well as his wife Rose and daughter Kerin). He hates salad.
Peter combines this post with his role as Operations Director for Causeway Coast Vineyard Church in Coleraine.
Lindsey Holleyis the Public Policy Officer for Northern Ireland.
She began this particular post in June 2009 but first joined the team as a research assistant 18 months earlier.
Lindsey is married to Dawie and they have two wee boys - JJ & Seb. She moved over from England in 2005 after Dawie returned home to NI for work.
Prior to her move, she worked in London for the Churches Criminal Justice Forum as their Policy Officer and before that trained as a teacher and spent a year as an intern with a leading Christian development agency, Tearfund.

Dawn McAvoy is the Northern Ireland Administrator and Researcher
Dawn took up post in Jan 2011 having spent a year volunteering with the Alliance contributing to the public affairs side of things here in Northern Ireland.
In addition to keeping the office (and staff) in order Dawn is a busy wife and mum of three girls. She also enjoys running and being an active part of the church plant in Kirkubbin where she and her family worship.
Lindsay Davis is Co-ordinator for the Mission Agency Partnership (MAP)
She recently returned home from a years mission internship in Malawi and is currently studying at Cornhill Belfast.
Linz loves the vision and diversity of MAP and feels very privileged to be part of a creative and dynamic EA team…Linz loves to travel, meeting new people, and to eat lots of freshly baked scones!!
Judith Hill joined the EA team in Belfast in November 2008 to develop a media hub in the city and is very excited about the role! Judith has always had a passion for communicating and studied English at Queens University, before completing a postgraduate in newspaper journalism with the University of Ulster.
She worked for a couple of years within the local radio scene in Northern Ireland and now works as a cross-platform journalist for UTV. Judith's role within the Alliance is to source good news stories happening in communities across the province and feed these into some of the mainstream media outlets. Her vision is that hopeful voices would increasingly have an outlet within the public sphere, bringing colour, hope and Life to people in Northern Ireland.
