"Discuss..."
"Discuss..." Do you ever ask questions like: "What does global justice have to do with my church?", "Global poverty - who is really responsible?" or "Won't the poor always be with us?" You do? Well, we are inviting church leaders from around London to bring their thoughts, questions and ideas on big issues like these to "Discuss...", 6:30-8:30PM, Thursday 4 November 2010 at Christian Aid's head office in Waterloo. We're delighted to have Rev Joel Edwards, International Director for Micah Challenge, and Paul Brannan, Christ
ian Aid's head of Advocacy and Influence, with us to facilitate the discussion. There will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to the conversation in group and plenary sessions.
This event is open to all involved in church leadership, but we are limited to 50 attending and registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis. A£5 charge will be made on the day. To register your place, please email your name, phone number, your church and a short description of your church role to: lse@christian-aid.org. We will reply with an email confirming your booking.
