Elfed Godding, National Director Evangelical Alliance Wales
In September 1999 Elfed Godding joined Evangelical Alliance Wales as General Secretary from Oswestry, Shropshire, where he pastored Carreg Llwyd Church for 10 years.
Before that he was pastor of Cranleigh Community Church in Bournemouth for 8 years, following a call during his three years at Moorlands College.
Elfed has also graduated from the Nazarene Theological College with a Masters Degree in 'Aspects of Christian Holiness'.
He is married to Jackie and they have two adult sons, Neil and Joe.
Since taking up the position of National Director, Elfed has travelled extensively throughout Wales communicating the vision and mission of the Welsh Alliance.
There has been steady growth in membership as evangelicals across Wales have come together in exciting initiatives and projects. Evangelicals are increasingly recognised as an influential and growing constituency by the wider Church, the media and the National Assembly, with the Evangelical Alliance Wales being seen as a key representative body.
