Public Leadership co-ordinator

At the Evangelical Alliance we believe that Chistian public leaders are good news for society. Are you passionate about seeing the church equip leaders in the public square, about Christians stepping into positions of public leadership? If so read on.

We are seeking a highly relational individual to coordinate and manage our public leadership work across the UK and to develop and deliver our Scottish Public Leader course. You will be responsible for developing a new digital resource hub for the UK work along with events and webinars. You will manage the participant journey from beginning to end for individuals on the programme and develop the alumni journey to support long-term engagement.

You will have:

  • excellent communication and networking skills and be confident in fronting and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • experience of project and event management;
  • a good understanding of Christian engagement in public life;
  • confidence in digital communication; and
  • a vision to see this work developed UK wide.

Most importantly, you’ll be actively engaged in an evangelical church and comfortable sharing about Jesus and your relationship with Him, applying your faith to your areas of expertise.

This is a new role and provides an excellent opportunity for further development for the right candidate.
