New Evangelical Alliance website resources and equips UK church

The Evangelical Alliance launches its brand new website eauk.org today, as a key part of its mandate to serve and resource the UK church.

Focused on the Evangelical Alliance’s commitment to build confidence in the gospel and be a trusted voice in society, the new site is packed with resources, stories, and guidance for Christians serving God around the UK, as together we make Jesus known.

eauk.org is full of new features, including exclusive members-only content, as well as some old favourites such as the ever-popular ‘find a church’ search. The news and views section keeps Christians in the UK up to date with what evangelicals around the country are doing to strengthen the church and bring about positive change in society and politics.

Jo Frost, director of communications and membership at the Evangelical Alliance, commented: “As a unity movement we are always looking for new ways to share stories of what God is up to and how we can all get involved. Digital platforms are an essential part of how we connect and equip our members, so whether it’s through the new website, our social media channels, in print or in person, together we are making Jesus known across the UK.”

Jo Frost went on to say: “eauk.org is set to become the go-to place for evangelicals to find great resources and catch up with the very best comment and analysis to make sense of the world around them. It’s our privilege to be able to showcase the best of the evangelical church. We want to celebrate good news stories of what is happening in and through the church all over the UK, as well as great ideas about how Christians can serve God and His mission in their communities.”

On eauk.org you will find resources such as Speak Up, which tells you about your legal freedoms to share Jesus, and What kind of society?, which encourages you to think about how you can have a vision for transformation in your village, town or city. The site also affords easy access to the Evangelical Alliance’s Public Leadership and Great Commission initiatives, as well as the One People Commission and South Asian Forum networks.

About the Evangelical Alliance

We are the Evangelical Alliance. We join together hundreds of organisations, thousands of churches and tens of thousands of individuals for the sake of the gospel. Representing our members since 1846, the Evangelical Alliance is the oldest and largest evangelical unity movement in the UK.

We love Jesus and we want everyone in the UK to be given an opportunity to know Him.

We love His church, and we will do all we can to unite evangelicals, building confidence in the gospel and speaking as a trusted voice into society to see it changed for Him.

Working across the UK, with offices in London, Cardiff, Glasgow and Belfast, our members come together from across denominations, locations, age groups and ethnicities, all sharing a passion to know Jesus and make Him known.
