A starter pack for church leaders preparing for Christmas
This year, we want to focus on the fact that Christmas is God with us. We're looking to Matthew 1:23 for our inspiration: "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Emmanuel’, which means ‘God is with us’."
To help you on your way, we've got a sermon outline from Gavin Calver, our director of mission, some articles to help you reflect on your own journey with Jesus over the Christmas season, and some prayers for your times of quiet.
We've also got a note of thanks from Steve Clifford, our general director. Church leadership can be tough and sometimes the thank yous are slow to arrive in inboxes.
