    In light of BBC Panorama this week, we are asking what is ultra-processed food doing to our bodies.

Join Peter this week, as he reflects on a book he is reading exploring how much of what we currently eat isn’t actually food. He confesses that he still has the odd trip to a fast-food joint but is also inspired to explore how fasting can be a small demonstration of discipline and resistance in a culture that is constantly selling us things to eat that are barely food.
