As you pray, consider, engage and vote in the election, we will be updating this page to help you do so. To [vote](https://www.mygov.scot/voting-in-elections-in-scotland) in Scottish Parliament elections, you must be 16 years old, be a British or Irish citizen, or a foreign national of another country who is permitted to enter or stay in the UK. If you are a student living in Scotland away from your home elsewhere in the UK, you may therefore be able to vote in your term-time address in the Scottish Parliament elections. Do check the Electoral Commission’s [guidance](https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/voting-and-elections/who-can-vote/voting-if-you-have-a-second-home-or-youre-a-student) for further information.
