Following the first Unite the Kingdom rally, Peter Lynas, UK director at the Evangelical Alliance wrote a commentary on the different types of nationalism and following this year’s Unite the Kingdom and the West rally wrote a further reflection, titled ​‘[F](https://beinghumanlens.com/articles/from-rainbow-flags-to-national-flags)[rom rainbow flags to national flags](https://beinghumanlens.com/articles/from-rainbow-flags-to-national-flags).’ The webinar covers topics of national identity, belonging, power and Christian witness in public life. But more importantly, presents a missional moment for the church to teach the ways of Jesus and the kingdom of God — it’s a discipleship moment for both believers and society more broadly.
