Join us on Tuesday 12 December, at 11am as we gather for an end of year celebration!

The One People Commission (OPC) will be celebrating 10 years of diversity and unity within the UK evangelical church this year! We will be hosted by our friends at London City Mission, who have journeyed with us. The aim of this celebration is to share more about who we are, what we do and ways for you to get involved in promoting the name of Jesus through the celebration of unity and diversity in the UK church and beyond. It will also be a great opportunity to connectwith our current OPC and SAF networks, whilst also welcoming new guests for a time of reflection and envisioning for the future.

This celebration will involve intercultural worship, prayers from some of the key leaders within our OPC constituency and a presentation on the future vision of the OPC. We will also be presenting an annual award of unity to outstanding leaders for their work in promoting church unity – honouring the legacy of the late Rev Dr Joel Edwards, who was one of the key leaders who challenged and championed justice and enforced unity in many areas of our UK society.

"It promises to be an inspirational time of joining together to celebrate the highlights and look ahead to the next few years of bringing about an intercultural unity dynamic to our UK church networks and wider communities."
