We are living in a moment where many people are searching for meaning, and ways to better themselves. It’s why figures like Chris Williamson, Andrew Huberman and Steven Bartlett attract massive audiences.

They all explore how you can live the best life possible, often suggesting practices, like fasting, without realising these are actually ancient Christian practices, meant to point you to Jesus.

## It is into this moment that we have launched [Ethos](https://ethos.beinghumanlens.com/), a digital pathway designed to engage spiritually curious young adults.

####
Ethos **starts with a short quiz** that helps you identify where your values and habits are in tension. From there, it **offers personalised insights** into how you’re wired, before suggesting **simple spiritual practices** to help.

> It’s a way of trying out faith before you believe. Our prayer is that in this time of spiritual openness, Ethos would lead people to faith in Jesus!
