#### In Crisis is a three-part video series aimed at church and charity leadership teams. Join Gavin Calver, Jo Frost, Peter Lynas, Hil Sewel, Israel Olofinjana and John Gibson in conversation as they discuss leadership and communications; governance and HR; and soul care and discipleship.

 

  In the last few years scandals, allegations, investigations, and crisis have hit every aspect of the public and private sectors. Churches and charities too have seen these play out both within our communities and out in the public eye. We at the Evangelical Alliance have weathered our own crisis and journeyed alongside our members as they navigated the unexpected in their own context.

This three-part series is born out of numerous conversations we’ve had over the years and the three topics we are most frequently asked about. Each episode is a 20 – 25min conversation accompanied with resources and sign posting to ongoing support.
