Every walk of life needs leaders who embody integrity, humility, boldness, and most importantly, the servant-heartedness of Jesus. That is not exclusive to the church but must extend to every sphere of society – to the public and private sectors, in healthcare, business, the creative industries and beyond. Leadership today comes with significant challenges where the demands of modern life can feel overwhelming. As a young Christian leader, the weight of responsibility you face at the challenge of standing firm in your faith and the difficulty of driving meaningful change in environments that can seem resistant to the gospel shouldn’t be navigated alone. Yet, scripture and history show us that the kingdom of God often begins with small, faithful steps by ordinary people saying ​‘yes’ to Him and stepping out in faith. Join a growing movement of leaders committed to transforming culture for Christ. Put your name amongst leaders who love Jesus, support one another, and are working together to advance His kingdom in every sphere of society. Public Leadership is a 30-year vision to see the UK transformed by Christians leading in every walk of life. Over 200 people have now completed our [Public Leader programme](https://www.eauk.org/what-we-do/initiatives/public-leadership/public-leader-programme), uniquely curated to equip and empower young professional Christian leaders across the UK to confidently step into their God-given calling. **Networks** – We gather leaders. We host events and meetups for our alumni network across the UK and [collaborate and connect](https://www.eauk.org/what-we-do/initiatives/public-leadership/public-leader-network) with others in this space. **Resources** – We serve the wider church. We create [resources](https://www.eauk.org/what-we-do/initiatives/public-leadership/resources) to serve Christians in leadership and workplace contexts drawing on the richness and wisdom of our networks. Prior to this he worked for MSPs at the Scottish parliament for three years, with spells in both Edinburgh and Inverness. Before this he spent a number of years working in youth and community work in the housing estates of his native Glasgow. Kieran helps the Evangelical Alliance provide support and encouragement to churches, organisations and individual Christians trying to engage with wider Scottish society. Coming from a Hindu Gujarati background, Rani found faith in 2012 through an encounter with the Holy Spirit. She studied marketing and media and spent over 15 years in marketing working for various industries and businesses. Whether initiating a singles ministry in her church for those seeking community, contributing to the Race Equality Advisory Group for the Diocese of Coventry, serving for several years as part of the prayer ministry team or on the Parochial Church Council and deanery synod in her church, Rani has a heart to serve and draw people closer to Jesus. Rani is also involved in a prophetic mentoring group and mentors with Rise Women’s Network. Passionate about sharing her faith, Rani launched ‘Couch Conversations with Rani’, a podcast aiming to normalise being brown and a follower of Jesus. Outside of her roles, Rani enjoys writing poetry, reading, traveling, being creative, growing vegetables, appreciating good music and food, and connecting with others to hear their stories. Originally from Northern Ireland, she moved to Scotland to study French and Modern History at the University of St Andrews. Susana joined the Evangelical Alliance through its graduate scheme and has since taken on her current role. > Christians have an amazing history of leading change across society.
