Ruth Perrin

Dr Ruth Perrin has 25 years' experience of ministry and research into the faith of the Millennial generation. She is a Research Fellow at St John's College, Durham University, and associate staff member at King's Church Durham. Her publications include The Bible Reading of Young Evangelicals (Wipf & Stock, 2017) and Changing shape; the Faith Lives of Millennials (SCM, 2020). Most recently she was lead researcher on the Finding Jesus Report (2025). She has been a regular lecturer, trainer and preacher for a wide variety of theological colleges, para-church ministries, conferences and local congregations. She enjoys travel, gardening, hosting epic dinner parties and has a slight compulsion about house plants (47 at the last count).
