Stewart McCulloch
Stewart is the CEO of Christians Against Poverty (CAP). He is also a council member of the Evangelical Alliance. Stewart loves the local church and is passionate about meeting people at their point of need and seeing them transformed through an encounter with Jesus. He is married to Sarah; they have five adult children, two grandchildren and a rescue cat with three legs.

6 January 2026As a church-based movement with over 3,000 local mission field workers, we have been able to stop poverty in its tracks, helping more than 68,000 people become debt free. These souls didn’t just find a way out of debt but a path to renewed hope, dignity and purpose. Together with over 1,000 local church partners, we proudly proclaim today: poverty stops with us!
