At Great Commission, we love being able to collaborate with hundreds of different organisations to create a central hub for evangelistic resources.

That’s why I’m so excited that we’re going to be running three seminars at the Christian Resources Exhibition, a three-day event that shares our vision of working together to get the very best inspiration and innovation for the UK church.

Individual members of the Evangelical Alliance can get their tickets to CRE for free!

The Great Commission seminar series will be looking at all sorts of areas of evangelism in theory and practice, but overall, we want to be asking why it’s so important to share Jesus, and how we can create a culture of making Him known wherever we are.

Rich Powney will be kicking things off by unpacking some of the exciting stuff that the bible has to say on evangelism, and how we can approach witnessing to Jesus in an ever-changing cultural landscape. Following on, Rachael Heffer will explore what evangelism looks like in a church landscape, suggesting ways in which each of us, whether in leadership or not, can help cultivate an evangelistic culture in our churches.

"We don’t pretend to have all the answers, but we feel incredibly privileged to be part of the conversation that’s getting evangelism back on the map as a priority in our churches."

Finally, I’ll be sharing some top tips on how we can fuel and sustain a passion to make Jesus known, and how the Great Commission website has been designed to inspire and equip our witness to Jesus, no matter what our context is.

We don’t pretend to have all the answers, but we feel incredibly privileged to be part of the conversation that’s getting evangelism back on the map as a priority in our churches. Whatever your context, and whoever you’re sharing Jesus with, we’re really looking forward to seeing how we can help equip and inspire you at the Christian Resources Exhibition this October.

If you’re not yet an individual member, why not join us now and get your free ticket and we’ll see you there!
