Last month, the Education Authority released [guidance](https://www.eani.org.uk/school-management/policies-and-guidance/supporting-transgender-young-people) on supporting transgender pupils. The pdf document in the link below is our analysis and summary of this Guidance. This should be read alongside the Guidance itself and our *Transformed* resource [www​.eauk​.org/​trans](http://www.eauk.org/trans) which we released earlier this year.

We hope this will be of assistance to school governors, principals, teachers, parents and indeed pupils as they try to navigate this sensitive space.
