It’s a yearlong, on-the-job training resource specifically produced for emerging leaders in any Christian youth and children’s group.The course is designed to provide a good grounding in some of the key areas of youth and children’s work that all helpers need to know when starting in their role. Young people will be given a course book to help them track their journey and access video content to support their learning.Working with a coach (an experienced Leader in your group) young people will gain practical experience and, on completion of the course, a certificate of achievement. The type of tool you'd like to use may depend on how open and/or aware of Christianity the people you're working with are. The numbering system runs from 0 to 10 with: 0 - meaning the tool is suitable for engaging with someone who has no interest and/or knowledge of the Christian faith. **10** - meaning that the tool is suited to engaging with someone who is now making a decision to follow Jesus.
