Are you a senior leader with a track record of bringing culturally diverse people together to collaborate, learn and build mutual understanding? Do you excel in inspiring and encouraging others to join in and make Jesus known together?
We are looking for an influential director of intercultural church unity to provide oversight and strategic leadership in developing and expanding unity across culturally diverse evangelical churches UK-wide, ensuring that as the Evangelical Alliance’s membership continues to grow, it reflects the diversity of the evangelical community in the UK.
You will be:
- A visionary leader, able to encourage learning and greater collaboration among churches of different cultural, ethnic and denominational backgrounds.
- People-focused, able to build strong relationships internally and externally, carrying the confidence of fellow leaders.
- Capable of contributing strategically to organisational planning and governance.
- Passionate about supporting the UK-wide evangelical church in making Jesus known.
This is an exciting role with significant leadership responsibility. You will be joining a team committed to a challenging ten-year strategic direction, shaping our future work and increasing our engagement with evangelicals to grow our membership and increase our impact.
