What's included?
While programme content varies slightly across each nation, all participants will benefit from:
- Residential retreats – engage in biblical teaching, nation-specific cultural analysis, leadership development, prayer, and time with senior Christian public leaders.
- Conferences: Everything Conference (London) and The Calling (Glasgow).
- Exclusive online teaching and content including a monthly Public Leader podcast and discussion events.
- Visits to national cultural institutions including the BBC and parliament.
- Local gatherings and socials – connect with others who are part of the network.
- Private mentorship sessions – at least four one-to-one meetings with experienced mentors working in public leadership matched specifically to your profile.
- Access to a thriving community – connect with fellow participants throughout the programme.

Cost

- Course fee: £750. Pay in full at the start of the course, or spread the cost with a £200 deposit and 11 monthly instalments of £50.

Key dates
The next Public Leader programme will begin with an online introductory call on 11 January 2027.
Dates for the in-person events during the programme vary from nation to nation, but as a planning guide you can expect:
- End January/early February: Residential 2-night retreat
- Late-February/ early March: Community/ business visits (England/Wales/Northern Ireland cohorts)
- 13 March: Ross County FC visit (Scotland cohort)
- 16-17 April : Everything Conference (All)
- May: BBC visits
- June: Annual receptions (England/Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland)
- Mid August- September: Parliamentary visits
- 7-8 October: The Calling (All)
- Mid-end November: Residential 1-night retreat
How to apply

Each application is handled by the relevant national team. Once submitted, a national lead will contact you to schedule an informal interview before extending an offer. Once an offer has been made an initial deposit payment will secure your space.
