Tim is the award-winning founder and chief executive of the Christian children’s charity Transforming Lives for Good (TLG). Under his inspirational leadership, the organisation has grown from a small church project to a national movement of churches across the UK. Tim is an author, popular speaker and advisor, continually sharing his passion for the church to be active in every community, bringing hope and a future to struggling children. He is married to Rae, they have three adult children Ben, Josh & Dan, and they live in Bradford where he spends every other Saturday afternoon cheering on the mighty Bradford City! Tim was recognised as the Sunday Times Best Charity Leader in 2019 and received an OBE in 2023 for his services to disadvantaged children and young people.
