This course from Nicodemus equips you with core skills to lead people in progressive mentoring relationships and ultimately see people become disciples of Jesus. Designed for church leaders and volunteers, this self-paced online course helps cultivate trusting relationships within churches and communities, supporting youth groups, schools, supported living residents, foodbanks, and homeless outreach, as well as discipling relationships.

Many churches today are seeing significant growth in Gen Z attendance. This new generation brings openness and hunger for authentic relationships but also faces complex challenges around identity, mental health, and belonging. Our mentoring course equips leaders, staff, and volunteers to support Gen Z effectively — building trust, offering guidance, and creating safe spaces for transformation.

Course material is available online for at least 18 months, with downloadable workbooks and recorded roleplays to illustrate key points. Participants can learn at their own pace and re-watch sessions as needed.
