Nicodemus: Project Planning & Management Course
This online course, completed at the learner's own pace, supports church leaders and members to run projects well.
A good idea needs good management and capacity. This course uses the trainer’s own experience as a church leader to communicate best practice and guide you towards running a successful project. Building capacity, listening, and planning are essential to making sure your project is effective and able to grow, reaching as many people as possible.
Material is accessed online for a minimum of 18 months so participants can learn at their pace, at a time they choose, with the possibility for re-watching each session. All supporting workbooks are available to download, and recorded roleplays are available to assist in illustrating points.
