Engel scale rating Aimed at people at the early stage of their faith journey **The Wisdom House** is a DVD-led resource based on Rob Parsons’ book The Wisdom House. There are eight stand-alone sessions making this a completely flexible resource. You’ll also get a 40-page Group Leader’s Guide with suggested questions to get the conversations started. Sessions include topics such as fulfilling your dreams, friendships, forgiveness and living a life true to yourself. Most of the content is about general wisdom and is applicable to people with or without faith. However, there are a few spiritual questions included with each session that group leaders can use if they feel their group is ready for a spiritual discussion. The sessions can be used with existing networks such as mother and toddler groups, men’s groups and 20’s & 30’s groups. However, churches may find this resource particularly useful as a way of gathering people in their community and forming new groups. The type of tool you'd like to use may depend on how open and/or aware of Christianity the people you're working with are. The numbering system runs from 0 to 10 with: 0 - meaning the tool is suitable for engaging with someone who has no interest and/or knowledge of the Christian faith. **10** - meaning that the tool is suited to engaging with someone who is now making a decision to follow Jesus.
