Engel scale rating Aimed at people at the early stage of their faith journey Who Let The Dads Out? is part of [Care for the Family](https://www.careforthefamily.org.uk/), a charity which aims to promote strong family life and help those who face family difficulties. Within that Who Let The Dads Out? carries a vision to transform family relationships in the UK by turning the hearts of fathers and children to one another (Malachi 4:6) They want to make ready a people prepared for the Lord (Luke 1:17) and cause a cultural shift, encouraging churches to value and invest in father’s ministry. Who Let The Dads Out? provides a number of ideas and resources to ​‘journey’ with fathers and their children in the context of family support, ministry and mission. The type of tool you'd like to use may depend on how open and/or aware of Christianity the people you're working with are. The numbering system runs from 0 to 10 with: 0 - meaning the tool is suitable for engaging with someone who has no interest and/or knowledge of the Christian faith. **10** - meaning that the tool is suited to engaging with someone who is now making a decision to follow Jesus.
