Wycliffe Bible Translators partner with organisations worldwide in working towards universal access to the Bible.

The Bible is available in close to 700 of the 7,099 languages used, but with 1.5 billion people still without access to the Bible in the language that speaks to them best, our vision of universal access is far from a reality.

Wycliffe was set-up in order to address the huge injustice that a fifth of humanity faces – no access to a Bible that speaks in their heart language.

Wycliffe is now involved as major partners in 78 per cent of all translation projects, which has allowed us to become significant global influencers upon this major obstacle to the completion of the great commission.

We would love to send you a free Wycliffe 2019 calendar. You can choose either a beautifully illustrated art calendar or a photo calendar of inspiring images. Both calendars explore God’s word through different eyes with Bible translations from around the world.

We are members of the Evangelical Alliance because we believe that the UK has played, and continues to play, a significant part in God’s global mission. It is the UK church’s historical rootedness in the scriptures that motivates us to keep encouraging churches here to allow God’s word to shape all that they do.” — Ian Buchanan, Wycliffe Bible Translators
