Hope UK is a Christian drug education charity.

Our mission is to equip young people to make drug-free choices and our vision is to see young people living confidently as Christians, free from drugs. We achieve this via our network of Voluntary Drug Educators (OCN accredited), who deliver workshops in schools and churches and from stands in town centres or in libraries.

And we know our work is making a difference:

75 per cent more young people strongly agree’ that they know a lot about drugs after a Hope UK drug education session

• Just under a quarter more young people strongly agree’ that they would talk to their parents about drugs after a Hope UK session

• One in 10 young people strongly agree’ that they would make their own decisions after a Hope UK session

• Finally, eight people out of 100 would never take drugs after a Hope UK session.

If you want to receive £2,000 worth of training, at no cost to you, and if you want to bring change to your community by equipping your young people to make drug-free choices, please contact Hope UK: enquiries@hopeuk.org or 020 7928 0848.

Volunteering with Hope UK/Training as a Voluntary Drug Educator with Hope UK is a big commitment but an extremely worthwhile one. As a Hope UK Drug Educator for almost 10 years I have learned so much and I’ve developed a lot of expertise on drugs and alcohol. I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge with a huge range of people over the years – children, young people and adults, which is a hugely rewarding feeling.” — Mary, Hope UK volunteer
