Starting to share your faith is a little like learning how to run regularly. The ​‘Couch to 5k’ training programme has helped thousands of people get moving. The Church of England’s new resource *Everyday Witness* is based on the ​‘Couch to 5K’ model, which we think is a great analogy for sharing faith as well. That’s why we’ve created Motivating Mission, a resource for church leaders to help their churches find their motivation, build their confidence and get out there.
