### Rani Joshi

#### Interim intercultural lead

Rani Joshi is based in London and serves as interim intercultural lead. She was raised in a Hindu Gujarati family and came to faith in Jesus in 2012 following a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit.

She spent over 15 years in marketing before joining the Evangelical Alliance. She became the first woman to lead our South Asian Forum network and re-launched the *Discovering Jesus* course, which helps people of Asian heritage explore faith, identity and culture.

As well as helping train Christians for mission and evangelism across cultures and faiths, Rani mentors younger women, previously led a singles ministry, and currently serves on her church prayer and youth team whilst co-leading a connect group. She has a heart for serving others, loves seeing God move, and is passionate about people from every background encountering Jesus for themselves.

Outside of work, she enjoys poetry, travel, sharing food and hearing stories across the dinner table.

### Alice Collins

#### OPC/South Asian Forum associate (graduate scheme)

Alice joined the Evangelical Alliance on the graduate scheme in September 2025 with the One People Commission and South Asian Forum. Before this she studied global humanitarian studies at university. Alice is passionate about welcome, hospitality, justice and sharing Jesus. Outside of work she loves spending time at her church, going for picnics, exploring food spots and coffee shops, and spending time with her family.
